Order & Customization

What kind of photo should I upload?

Please upload a clear, front-facing photo of your pet in natural light. This image will be the foundation of your custom piece, so clarity really matters.

Can I request edits after seeing the preview?

Yes! You’ll receive a preview of the artwork via email before finalization. We allow one round of minor adjustments.

Can I make changes to my order?

Since each piece is lovingly made to order, we begin crafting shortly after the order is placed. If you’d like to make any changes, please reach out as soon as you can. For express orders, we recommend contacting us within 8 hours; for standard orders, within 24 hours. We’ll always do our best to help if production hasn’t started yet.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

Your order will be handcrafted within 15 business days, with delivery in 5–9 business days via tracked shipping.
If you're in a hurry, simply select the Express Service at checkout — your piece will be completed in under 5 business days and shipped right away.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide!
We offer free shipping on all orders over $100.

Will I receive tracking info?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Payments & Refunds

How does the deposit work?

We require a 60% deposit to begin crafting. Once you approve the final piece, you’ll receive a secure link to complete the remaining balance.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. Since every item is handcrafted and made to order, we begin processing shortly after your purchase. If you need to cancel, please email us at orders@luffiestudio.com with your order number. After 12 hours, your item enters production and can no longer be canceled or refunded. Thank you for understanding the care and effort that goes into each piece.

Do you accept returns?

Unfortunately, due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
