Step 1: Upload Your Pet’s Photo

Choose a clear, front-facing photo of your pet that shows their personality and features.
This photo will be the foundation of your custom design — good lighting and clarity truly make a difference.

Step 2: Place Your Order & Pay the Deposit

Place your order and pay a 60% deposit to begin.
We’ll then start the creation process: from sketching and carving to hand-painting, every detail is tailored to your pet’s likeness.

📧 Throughout the process, we’ll keep you updated via email as your piece progresses — from drawing to leatherwork to final coloring.

Step 3: Preview & Approve

Once finished, you’ll receive real photos of your completed piece via email.
We offer one round of minor revisions (e.g., fur shade, eye brightness, nose edge, etc.).
Significant structural changes such as pose, breed, or re-doing entire color palettes are not included.

Once approved, we’ll send you a secure checkout link to complete the final 40% balance.

Step 4: Delivery with Love

After receiving full payment, we carefully package your piece and ship it with love.
Standard production time is 15 business days, not including shipping.
If you need it faster, we offer a 5-day Express Service.

Need it fast? Select Express Production during checkout to receive your order in just 5 days instead of 15 business days.
This option requires our artisans to work overtime during evenings or weekends without disrupting other clients’ orders.
A +30% rush fee applies, clearly shown before payment.

All of our products are handcrafted to order, based on the photo you provide.
As each piece is uniquely made for you, we do not accept returns or refunds once production begins.
If we make a mistake (e.g., wrong item or size), please contact us within 3 days of delivery — we’ll make it right.
